Great Site! (United States)

I am so happy I found this site! I have never been a huge nascar fan but recently I have become a huge Jeff Burton fan! I have started searching my family history because my father was adopted and although I new some of his immediate bio. family I never really new a whole lot about them. Anyway, I recently talked to his sister and she sent me some information through which I discovered that Jeff and Ward's grandmother and my grandmother were sisters! I thought this was so cool and would really like to get in contact with one of them to ask them about my family. I have been doing all the research I can on the internet and tried every way I can find to get a message through to one or both of them. Anyway I just want Jeff to know he has a new HUGE fan and cousin!

First, welcome to the site!

Glad you like it! We always encourage lots of participation and if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

Second, that's great that you're working on your genealogy! Even better that you have found that you're related to Jeff and Ward! If you do decide to try to contact either of them, just make sure you have your documented genealogy charts handy.

Jeff is a fantastic person. I have met him once a few years back and he was extremely genuine, thoughtful and very down to earth. It was an absolute pleasure getting to talk with him and I would gladly do it again if another opportunity arose. If you ever do get an opportunity to meet him, take it!

Jeff has a fiercely loyal fan base (even though we're not as well known as Junior Nation) and rightfully so. He is by far the classiest, well-spoken and intelligent driver in the NASCAR circuit IMHO.

Hello and welcome. As far as getting in touch with Jeff, you might try through RCR. I'm sure they get lots of stuff and it might take time, but it would be a place to start. Ward you might try through his wildlife foundation.

I, too, have met Jeff. He is a great person. Very kind.
