Featured Interview Jeff Burton (NASCAR Sprint CUP Driver, Richard Childress Racing)
Sprint CUP star, Jeff Burton, will be a featured guest on Wind Tunnel this Sunday March 30th. In his 15th season in NASCAR’s premiere division, Burton is still searching for his first Sprint CUP title. In five races this year, he has yet to finish worse than 13th and is currently 4th in the championship standings after winning at Bristol two weeks ago.

JEFF BURTON, DRIVER OF THE NO. 31 AT&T MOBILITY IMPALA SS, met with media members at Martinsville Speedway and talked about the weekend off, figuring Martinsville out, the difference between Bristol and Martinsville, the Hendrick Motorsports dominance at Martinsville and more.
ON HAVING A WEEKEND OFF. "It was nice to have a weekend off and I really liked the way that this year's rolled with running five races and then having a weekend off verses the way we used to do it. It was two weeks then get a weekend off and two weeks and a weekend off. I never understood that. I definitely enjoyed having a five race stretch. I think it allowed all the teams to kind of get into a rhythm before a weekend off. I think that's important. It was good to have a weekend off but at the same time I kind of missed the race track. That weekend off in June, I never missed the race track. I'm glad to have it in June, but the early weekends off I always think they are a little too early." Read More...

Scott Miller named WYPALL* Wipers “Crew Chief of the Race” in Bristol
Roswell, GA (March 18, 2008) – Scott Miller, crew chief of the No. 31 AT&T Chevrolet driven by Jeff Burton, was named the WYPALL Wipers “Crew Chief of the Race” for his team’s first place finish in Sunday’s Food City 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway. Although Burton only led two laps throughout the entire race, it was the “final” two propelling him to his first career victory at Bristol Motor Speedway.
